Speed Up Your Checkout
BigtinkCore supports almost any HID-compliant barcode scanner:
1. USB Scanners
Simply plug the scanner into a USB port. Windows should recognize it as a keyboard device. Open BigtinkCore, go to the POS screen, and scan a product. The item should appear in the cart immediately.
2. Bluetooth Scanners
Pair the scanner with your Windows PC via Bluetooth settings. Once paired, it works exactly like a USB scanner.
3. Troubleshooting
If scanning doesn't work, ensure your cursor is in a searchable field or that the "Auto-focus Search" setting is enabled in the POS configuration.
