Minimum Hardware Requirements
To ensure smooth operation of BigtinkCore POS, your system should meet the following minimum specifications:
- Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.
- Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent (i5 recommended for high-volume stores).
- RAM: 4GB minimum (8GB recommended for optimal performance).
- Storage: 500MB of available space for application files.
- Display: 1366x768 resolution or higher.
Supported Peripherals
BigtinkCore is designed to work with standard POS hardware:
- Printers: 58mm or 80mm ESC/POS compatible thermal printers (USB, Ethernet, or Bluetooth).
- Scanners: Standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners (Plug & Play).
- Cash Drawers: RJ11 connected drawers (connected via printer).
Note: While BigtinkCore works offline, an internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic cloud synchronization.
