Activating Your License
To unlock the full features of BigtinkCore, you need to activate your license:
1. Retrieve Your Key
After purchasing a subscription from the BigtinkCore portal, your license key will be sent to your registered email. You can also find it in the Subscriptions tab of your dashboard.
2. Enter the Key in Desktop App
Open the BigtinkCore desktop application. Go to Help > Activate License. Copy and paste your key into the field and click Verify.
3. Account Verification
The system will prompt you to log in with your portal credentials to link the hardware to your account. This ensures your data syncs correctly to the right dashboard.
Important: One license key is usually tied to one specific device/outlet depending on your plan. Contact support if you need to transfer a license.
