Follow these steps to get your retail store up and running in minutes:
1. Business Profile Configuration
After logging in for the first time, navigate to Settings > Business Profile. Enter your business name, address, and contact details. This information will appear on your receipts.
2. Tax Settings
Configure your VAT rates under Settings > Tax. You can set multiple tax rates if applicable to different product categories.
3. Creating Your First Outlet
Go to Inventory > Outlets and create your main store. If you have multiple locations, you can add them here as well.
4. Adding Staff
Create accounts for your cashiers and managers under Users > Staff. Assign appropriate roles to control access to sensitive reports and settings.
