BigtinkCore provides retail point-of-sale software and a cloud-based management portal. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Bachs Payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
4. User Conduct
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of BigtinkCore are the exclusive property of BigtinkCore and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
BigtinkCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
