License Agreement & Termination

1. Software License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BigtinkCore grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the BigtinkCore desktop software on a specific number of devices as determined by your subscription plan.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the software.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the software.
• Bypass any technical limitations or license verification mechanisms.

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. BigtinkCore retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

BigtinkCore reserves the right to terminate your access to the software and portal for:

• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of license keys.
• Violation of the Terms of Service.

5. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession. Your data stored on our cloud servers may be deleted after a grace period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" with all faults. BigtinkCore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
