Profit & Loss Overview

Analyzing your margins based on cost prices and daily overheads.

Knowing Your Numbers

The P&L report gives you a bird's-eye view of your business health:

1. Gross Profit

Calculated as Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). This tells you how much you're making on the products themselves.

2. Net Profit

Calculated as Gross Profit - Expenses. This includes your overheads like rent, electricity, and staff salaries.

3. Trend Analysis

Use the chart view to see if your profit is growing month-over-month. You can filter by outlet to see which location is performing best.
